The Harcourts Tairua team isn’t sitting back and waiting for buyers to find their properties. Led by Keli Jones and Philippa Evans, the team is always looking for creative ways to showcase homes and create a memorable experience for buyers and sellers.
Last weekend, they put a fresh twist on the traditional open home, inviting three talented local stylists to transform an already elegant Tairua home.
The event was the brainchild of Keli Jones, who loves to think outside the box and create experiences that showcase what is possible. A valued member of the Harcourts team, Keli brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience, having owned and operated The Shop in Tairua for more than 11 years.
Local stylists Anna Brice and Dhyana Muir from ABODE, together with Mariana Kiebe from Espacios, each brought their own creative style to the home. Working with the existing furnishings, they rearranged spaces and introduced texture, colour and carefully chosen pieces to create three distinct looks.
The concept was simple – to show buyers that there are many ways to make a home your own.
Dhyana from ABODE says: “We bring soulful elements to your home, creating a welcoming space to suit your individual needs. Whether your goal is to sell or simply elevate your home, we bring a fresh perspective and a wealth of design experience.”
For the owners of this magnificent home, Reece and Kerry, selling their home they built, is bittersweet. They have loved creating and living in the property and say, “It is a real privilege to enjoy this view every day.” However, they are now ready for their next adventure.
The bespoke open home generated plenty of interest and enquiries, much to the delight of the Harcourts Tairua team.
For Keli, Philippa and the team, it was another opportunity to try something different and support talented local businesses.
