The Thames Museum is displaying a new exhibit called “Rūaumoko – Restless Land,” a touring display from Te Papa.
The exhibit includes an interactive map connected to GeoNet, showcasing recent earthquakes. It also features information about the Hauraki region and encourages visitors to learn more about the area’s seismic activity and how to prepare for emergencies. The museum is also displaying a new rotation of clothing on their mannequins, including a gown from the 1960s and a police uniform from 1961.
