The recent Winter Drive has been hailed a tremendous success, thanks to the generosity and support of the community who came together to help children in need during the colder months.
Over the course of the campaign, community members donated a wide range of essential items. The overwhelming response ensured that many local families and individuals facing hardship will receive much-needed support this winter.
Alana Baker from Bayleys Whitianga, who coordinates the annual Winter Drive, expressed her gratitude to everyone involved.
“The response from our community has been absolutely incredible,” said Alana. “Every donation, no matter how big or small, has made a real difference to someone this winter. We are so grateful to the individuals, families and businesses who supported the drive. Their generosity and kindness are what make initiatives like this possible.”
