By Pauline Stewart.

One thousand dollars was raised for Project Mammogram by the Mercury Bay Lions Club at the Whiti Citi markets on Saturday morning by raffling the beautiful quilt seen here in the photograph. This was donated by Mercury Bay Quilters group and made by quilter, Mod Worall. It was displayed for a time in Tis the Season Shop in Campbell Street, Whitianga.
