Jon Toogood wows Whitianga

The consummate entertainer provided fantastic anecdotes on how his original songs eventuated, giving us all a sneak peak into the songs’ meaning. So much more than one man and a guitar, Jon Toogood captivated the crowd with everything from originals to Shihad songs, to Tom Petty and Th’ Dudes, for which the crowd didn’t disappoint with their singing voices coming in strong. The Sunday all ages show included Jon’s kids in the audience, and a great collection of under 18’s who at encore time, demanded 2,000 more songs given how good it was!
